60. Zombies!

Dead men may tell no tales, but broken ships may still come back to life.

Maritime researchers often examine discrepancies in vessel status reporting.
Sources indicate this vessel was broken up, but researchers must verify if this represents actual scrapping or documentation errors.
IMO numbers should be permanent identifiers never reused after scrapping. If genuinely broken up, another vessel using this IMO number would be a 'zombie vessel' - a deceptive shipping practice involving stealing a scrapped or dead ship's identity.
Your challenge is to investigate the original vessel's documented history. A vessel with this IMO number was detained in 2023, before it was broken up in 2024.
What were the deficiency codes that caused the vessel's detention? (Give the codes in ascending order, with spaces between: 10000 20000 30000 40000)
